The Wedding: I got it all done

Even though this last week has been consumed by the last chapter of my beloved mother-in-law’s life, I have still managed to get done almost everthing I had hoped to for the wedding:

I got both kilts done:

the groom’s shirt:

sorry it’s sideways, but that pretty much describes my state right now, too…..

Finished the lace for my daughter in law’s shawl:

and given that the house is just about to fill up again with a dozen or so members of the wedding, I should probably think about a shower………. and oh  yes……… get my skirt finished!

The weather is so horrid that I think parkas would be appropriate for the wedding. eegads.
