Potholder Loom Weaving: Still playing with 2 color weaving on the potholder loom
Here’s how to weave a 2/2 check pattern on the potholder loom.For this square, I am using Caron Simply Soft combined with several strands of sewing machine thread to add more zip to the colorways:
Tie both colors (in this case, Limelight and Blue Mint) to the loom, and warp it with 2 passes of each color all the way across the loom:
And now weave 2 passes with each of the colors, alternating the color combinations:
Chain the stitches off the pegs, and you’ve got a 2/2 check square!
