    Dear Noreen,

    Thank you for this lovely thought and angel pattern.

    One comment (given what I have been dealing with this morning) in terms of keeping the peace at any level is this: Diffuse anger with understanding, sympathy and encouragement to see positives where there looks to be none.
    Maintain your own integrity and if you lose yourself mometarily to emotion, say so honestly and let it be known that that isn’t who you are or want to be. Be willing to be humble and as human as the next person sometimes. It keeps us all on the same playing field as “in this together.”
