Hankering for Yarn

Woohoo! I am so excited!

I have FINALLY finished the Crochet along Butterfly bag that I began waaaaaaaaaay back with: Getting Started

I did the final assembly today.

I slipped the plastic mesh interlining pieces inside the bag:

and stitched some commercial lace to the edging of the lining:

I slipped it inside the bag and stitched the lining to the bag.

It needed to be tacked in place, so I stitched some more beads on, catching the lining to the bag around the opening.

It’s together! But……………

it needs a handle……….

Thank you so much! Well, LOL! I didn’t actually intend to do the bag in thread. It just kind of unfolded that way. You can just as easily do it in yarn!
