Hankering for Yarn

A Spoolknitted Peace Doll on a Woven Peace Banner

This is a photo of a wonderful peace banner when it was still in progress on a Saori Loom.
My dear friend, Terri Bibby, of Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada, is a weaver of peace. She is a gentle, wise, visionary who truly
IS peace.

I posted a picture of her amazing woven Peace Banner on
www.hankeringforyarn.com
today,
and you can read all about this gorgeous creation on Terri’s website:
www.saltspringweaving.com

I asked Terri to weave one of my Spoolie Peace Dolls into the Peace Banner, and so she did, bless her heart. She sent me this photo of it, while it was still on the Saori Loom.

Mmmmmmm - wouldn’t it be lovely to wrap the whole planet in a banner of peace, resiliency, harmony, and love?
Yup.
May all good things be weaving into the tapestry of your life!
hugs all round,
Noreen
